Orders received before 3 pm Central Time during the week will ship the same day. Orders received after 3 pm Central Time will ship the following business day. Express orders only placed on Saturday before 10:00 am Central Time will ship same day. All other orders placed Saturday will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will ship the following business day. All delivery times are estimates from FedEx and USPS. We cannot specify or guarantee an exact delivery time. A tracking number is provided following purchase which can be used to monitor your parcel in real time via the carrier’s website.

USPS (PO Box)

You can choose to have your package delivered to a PO Box via USPS Priority Mail only. All USPS Priority Mail orders placed after 3pm Central Time are shipped the following business day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed with USPS shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS priority mail only.

Additional Shipping Charges

Overnight shipping is available via FedEx and USPS. Please note that FedEx typically offers early morning 8am, regular morning 10:30am, noon and afternoon deliveries depending on your location. USPS typically only offers Overnight by 10:30am or by end of day. Shipping charges are offered for you to choose from at checkout.

Packaging

Orders are sent in discrete packaging to ensure your personal security. Package will not be labeled ProPenVape. Packages are sent “no signature required” unless you specify otherwise during check out. FedEx does require signatures on overnight and express deliveries.

We do ship internationally, but you must email us to place the [email protected], Please include the product description you would like to purchase and your full shipping address.
